Research on the Role of Mentor Group in Ideological and Political Education for Master's Degree Candidates
The cultivation of high-level professionals is the goal of graduate education,and its significance is self-evident in the face of increasingly fierce international competition.Graduate students,as core elements in build-ing an innovation-driven nation,should not only focus on the accumulation of knowledge but also on the improvement of their ideological and political qualities.Taking the graduate training process at M College of Z University in recent years as an example,this paper explores the role of mentor group in ideological and political education,as well as in morality and mental health education for graduate students.It also investigates possible pathways for the mentor group to conduct ideological and political education,offering insights and references to improve the quality of graduate talent cultivation.
