Construction of cooperation network for digital transformation of rural governance from the perspective of actor network theory:a field investigation of Guoyuan Town,Changsha County
The digital transformation of rural governance is the research hotspot of contemporary digital countryside,and it is also an important proposition in the construction of Chinese-style modernization.Taking Guoyuan Town of Changsha County as an example,based on the actor network theory,this paper analyzes the construction process and operation mechanism of Guoyuan Town's rural governance digital transformation cooperation network.The study found:Guoyuan Town takes Guoyuan Town government as the core actors,Changsha municipal government and county government,China Telecom,Party Organization of Guoyuan Town,Changsha County Safflower bee farming professional Cooperative,and villagers as human actors,and"Digital Orchard"platform as non-human actors.All actors complete the translation through four stages:problem presenting,interest granting,recruitment and mobilization.So as to construct an efficient and operational cooperation network for the digital transformation of rural governance.The results show that the rural governance digital transformation cooperation network needs to rely on the digital platform to build a co-field participation channel;take digital dividend as internal drive to create a model of interest integration and connection;With digital governance as the dimension,we will build an operational mechanism for co-governance of actions.Under the common action of subjects,interests and actions,the cooperation network can be constructed and run efficiently,and finally promote the digital transformation of rural governance.
