调查研究是百余年来中国共产党从胜利走向胜利的优良传统和独特密码.新时代中国共产党继续推进调查研究已成为势所必至、时所必需,既是开辟马克思主义中国化时代化新境界的必然要求,也是保持解决大党独有难题的清醒和坚定的现实需要,更是全面推进中国式现代化建设系统工程的有力举措.立足新时代,中国共产党一以贯之地推进调查研究的守正创新,其精髓要义主要体现在始终坚持马克思主义理论精髓的一脉相承,着力推动优良传统与时代要求的深度融通,努力实现群众路线与调查研究的互动升华.奋进新征程,中国共产党推进调查研究的守正创新,持续聚焦实践、优化制度、提升效能,推进调查研究的科学化、规范化和数字化建设,确保中国式现代化的巍巍巨轮乘风破浪、行稳致远.
Abstract
Research and investigation have been a longstanding tradition and unique key to the success of the Communist Party of China(CPC),guiding its journey from one victory to another over the past century.It has become not only inevitable but also imperative for the CPC to continue to promote research and investigation in the new era.It is a fundamental requirement for advancing the sinicization and modernization of Marxism in China and a practical need to maintain a clear and firm resolve to solve the unique challenges of a big political party.Moreover,it serves as a significant measure for comprehensively advancing the systematic project of Chinese path to modernization.In the context of the new era,the CPC's unwavering commitment to research and investigation demonstrates an adherence to the core essence of Marxism while striving to align its fine traditional values with the requirements of the times.This commitment seeks to further integrate the party's mass-line approach with investigation and research efforts,fostering an interactive enhancement of both elements.As the CPC embarks on a new journey,it continues to drive innovation in its research and investigation practices.The focus remains on practice,optimizing institutional frameworks,enhancing efficiency,and promoting scientific,standardized,and digital approaches to research and investigation.These efforts ensure that the towering ship of Chinese path modernization can navigate through challenging waters,maintaining stability and moving forward toward a steady and long-lasting success.
