百年来党内"看齐"意识的发展脉络与现实启示

摘要
党内"看齐"意识作为指导自身建设的一项重要政治原则,百年来维护党中央权威、坚持党的集中统一领导的核心内容一直没有改变.党内"看齐"意识经历了从新民主主义革命到社会主义革命与建设时期的基本形成,改革开放与社会主义建设新时期的新发展,以及中国特色社会主义新时代以来走向成熟的发展历程.百年来的发展脉络表明,只有在全党统一思想的基础上,才能形成强有力的集中统一领导.也只有更好地坚持党内民主基础上的集中,才能最终形成更加坚定的党中央领导核心.站在党的百年发展历程的角度审视和反思党内"看齐"意识的理论来源及实践演绎,对于推进全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程具有重大而积极的现实意蕴.
Abstract
The concept of"keeping in alignment"within the Communist Party of China(CPC)serves as an essential political principle guiding the Party's internal construction.Over the past century,the core elements of maintaining the authority of the Central Committee and upholding the Party's centralized and unified leadership have remained unchanged.The"alignment"consciousness within the Party has undergone an evolutionary trajectory-from its basic formation during the New Democratic Revolution to period of the Socialist Revolution and Construction,through its new development during the Reform and Opening-up and the subsequent Socialist Construction era,to its maturity in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The century-long developmental process reveals that only on the basis of unified thinking of the whole Party can robust centralized leadership be established.Moreover,only by adhering to centralism based on intra-Party democracy can a more solid leadership core of the Party Central Committee be established.Speculating and reflecting on the theoretical origins and practical interpretations of the"alignment"consciousness within the Party from the perspective of the Party's hundred-year history has significant and positive implications for advancing the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country.
