摘要
茶业作为中国农业的特色产业、山区乡村振兴发展的支柱产业,对区域经济发展与社会进步举足轻重.在阐述"三茶"统筹战略的时代背景基础上,分析中国茶产业发展面临的困境与挑战,提出"三文化"开创茶旅体验新模式、"五联通"构建茶产业绿色低碳循环发展经济体系、"三创新"促进茶叶科技原创力的战略导向与"链主"引领、"链队"带动、"链农"增收的实现路径,统筹"三茶"发展,聚焦文化赋魂、科技赋能,推动茶产业全产业链融合发展,实现省域综合产值超千亿元.
Abstract
The tea industry,as a characteristic agricultural industry in China and a pillar industry of rural revitalization,plays a key role in regional economic development and social progress.Based on the historical background of the overall strategy of"Three Tea",the difficulties and challenges that the development of Chinese tea industry faces have been analyzed;"three culture"has been proposed to initiate a new model of tea travel experience,"five links"to build a green,low-carbon and circular development economy of the tea industry,and"three innovations"to promote the originality of tea science and technology.Furthermore,a"chain master"-led and"chain team"-supported realization path has been put forward to increase the income of"chain farmers".Focusing on culture and assisted by science and technology,the integrated development of the whole tea industry chain would be promoted and a comprehensive output value of more than 100 billion yuan of the province would not be a dream.
