猪INHA与GnRHR基因型互作效应对产仔数的影响

利用不对称PCR-SSCP、PCR-SSCP、PCR-RFLP技术检测了INHA基因、GnRHR基因在大白猪、长白猪、宁乡猪、桃源猪、大围子猪、沙子岭猪、海南五指山猪中的多态性.结果表明,INHA基因外显子Ⅱ检测到2个突变位点,即外显子ⅡG262A位点和A852G位点.在GnRHR基因5(-UTR端310 bp处有1个A→C的突变位点.分析INHA基因G262A与GnRHR基因A310C互作效应时发现,基因型的互作效应在大白猪中极显著(P<0.01),在长白猪中达到了显著水平(P<0.05).基因互作型效应最大的是AGDD基因互作型,最小的是GGEE基因互作型.分析INHA基因A852G与GnRHR基因A310C互作效应时发现,各基因型互作对总产仔数、产活仔数影响不显著(P﹥0.05).
Interactive effect of gene INHA and GnRHR on litter size in swine
An asymmetric PCR-SSCP, PCR-SSCP, PCR-RFLP technology was employed to analyze the polymorphisms of gene INHA and CnRHR in Large White swine and Landrace swine, swine from areas of Ningxiang, Taoyuan, Daweizi, Shazilin, Hainan Wuzhishan. It's found that there were two mutations, G262A and A82G in INHA gene exon II, For gene GnRHR at 5'-UTR there was one mutation A→C at 310 bp.Analysis of their interactive effect was conducted. And the interactive effect was extremely significantl in Large White swine (P<0.01), significant in Landrance(P<0.05)between genotype of G262A in INHA and A310C in GnRHR. The biggest effect of interactive genotype was: AGDD, the smallest effcet of interactive genotype was GGEE. It showed that the interaction had less effect on total number of birth, number born alive(P > 0.05), between A852G in INHA and A310C in GnRHR.
