科学推进开放大学服务全民终身学习的效果评价工作,必须把握好价值性、方向性与实践性三个维度.从价值性维度来看,推进开放大学服务全民终身学习效果评价,是彰显办学定位的客观需要,是落实立德树人根本任务的关键一环,是全面提升社会影响力的现实呼唤.从方向性维度来看,推进开放大学服务全民终身学习效果评价,必须坚持政治性,注重社会性,强化文化性.从实践性维度来看,推进开放大学服务全民终身学习效果评价,必须科学构建评价指标体系,尽快建立多元化评价机制,积极营造以学习者为中心的评价生态,正确运用评价结果.
Abstract
To scientifically promote the evaluation of the effect of the Open University serving lifelong learning for the whole people,we must grasp the three dimensions of value,direction and practice.From the perspective of value,promoting the evaluation of the lifelong learning effect of the Open University in serving the whole people is an objective need to highlight the positioning of the school,a key part of the implementation of the fundamental task of fostering character and civic virtue,and a realistic call to comprehensively enhance social influence.From the perspective of direction,to promote the evaluation of lifelong learning effect of Open University serving the whole people,we must adhere to the political,pay attention to the social,and strengthen the cultural.From the perspective of practicality,to promote the evaluation of lifelong learning effect of Open University serving the whole people,we must scientifically construct the evaluation index system,establish a diversified evaluation mechanism as soon as possible,actively create a learner-centered evaluation ecology,and correctly use the evaluation results.
