开放大学服务乡村振兴人才培养的应然逻辑、实然困境与必然路径

人才振兴是全面推进乡村振兴的突破口,乡村振兴,人才先行.开放大学服务乡村振兴有其内在的理念逻辑、目标逻辑和体系逻辑,但在乡村人才培养过程中同样面临办学体系不完善、专业设置相对滞后、教学实施特色不明显等现实困境.新时代新使命,开放大学应坚定走好必然路径,多方联动打造协同办学格局,因地制宜创新人才培养模式,重塑再造创设数字化新生态,"三教"协同建立梯度教育体系.
Abstract
Talent revitalization is the breakthrough in the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.The talents cultivation is first and foremost in the rural revitalization.The Open University has its inherent philosophy logic,target logic and system logic in serving rural revitalization,but it also faces realistic difficulties in the process of rural talent training,such as imperfect school system,relatively backward professional settings,and unobvious characteristics of teaching implementation.New era demands for new mission,the Open University should firmly follow the inevitable path,create a collaborative pattern of schooling by multi-party linkage;innovate talent cultivation mode tailored to local conditions;create a new digital ecosystem by remodeling and reengineering;establish a gradient education system by synergizing three types of education.
