情感劳动:粉丝圈群数据生产行为解构

数智时代塑构了虚实结合的情感体验空间,人们自觉或不自觉地被卷入网络信息传播或游戏互动的数据生产链条.在哈特和奈格里的情感劳动理论视域下,各种社交互动平台被打上数字工厂的标签,而活跃在生产一线的粉丝则被视为数字劳工,进行着基于爱的可见性数据实践.以主播粉丝圈群为例,剖析该群体数据生产行为的表现形式、挖掘其蕴藏的经济价值、解析新兴数字劳动维度下青年群体的情感内需,并以此为基础,针对粉丝群体生产数据行为隐藏的畸形消费、被迫生产以及情感内耗问题进行探究,从而引导粉丝群体注意力的合理投放,进一步克服数字劳工理论的直接嫁接与重组,实现粉丝群体数据生产行为的自主式跃升,释放真实的粉都文化情感,进行合理的群体自我建设,臂助数字时代人的情感解放.
Abstract
The era of digital intelligence has shaped the emotional experience space of the combination of virtuality and reality,and people are consciously or unconsciously involved in the data production chain of network information dissemination or game interaction.Based on Hart and Negri's theories of emotional labor,various social interaction platforms are labeled as digital factories,while fans who are active in the production line are regarded as digital laborersand practice visible data based on love.Taking the anchor fan circle group as an example,this paper analyzes the manifestation of the group's data production behavior,excavates its economic value,and analyzes the emotional domestic demand of young people under the emerging digital labor dimension.On this basis,this paper explores the problems of abnormal consumption,forced production and emotional internal friction hidden in the production data behavior of fan groups,so as to guide the reasonable investment of fan groups'attention,further overcome the direct grafting and reorganization of digital labor theory,realize the autonomous leap of fan group data production behavior,release the real fan culture and emotion,reasonably carry out group self-construction,and help the emotional liberation of people in the digital age.
