互联网平台的数据商品生产及剥削现象遏制

摘要
对数据的攫取、占有和商品化是互联网平台资本积累过程的关键.从马克思的劳动价值论出发,聚焦于数据这一特殊商品生产的内在逻辑,可以将数据商品的生产过程分成用户生成数据、平台获取数据和算法分析数据三个阶段,这三个阶段也是数据原料向数据商品转化的过程.互联网平台剥削新变化表现为剥削形式呈现隐蔽化新特征,剥削对象从雇佣工人延伸至数字用户,剥削内容表现为对数据所有权的占有.从健全数据利益共享机制、保障劳动者合法权益和完善平台经济监管等方面探索互联网平台剥削现象的遏制方式,有助于促进互联网平台经济的健康发展.
Abstract
The acquisition,possession and commercialization of data is the key to the process capital accumulation of Internet platforms.Based on Marx's labor theory of value,the article focuses on the inner logic of the production of data as a special commodity,and divide the production process of data commodity into three stages:data generated by users,acquired by platforms and analyzed by algorithm.The three stages are also the process of transforming raw data into data commodity.The insidious form of exploitation,the extension of the target of exploitation from hired workers to digital users,and the content of exploitation in the form of the possession of data ownership are new changes of exploitation on Internet platforms.Exploring ways to curb exploitation on Internet platforms in terms of improving the mechanism of data benefit sharing,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers,and improving the regulation of the platform economy will help promote the healthy development of the Internet platform economy.
