大数据时代省域终身数字学习体系构建

摘要
大数据时代,学习方式发生重大转变.基于大数据时代全民终身学习背景,廓清终身数字学习体系的理论研究热点与认知误区,借助Cite Space V软件,分析终身数字学习体系的研究热点,阐明省域终身数字学习体系建设面临的数字学习参与主体定位不准确、城乡居民学习数字鸿沟比较大、大数据学习服务平台和资源建设质量有待提升、数字技能标准和认证体系缺乏等困境,提出形成全民终身数字学习共识,明确省域终身数字学习体系基本架构和构建终身数字学习体系等建议.
Abstract
In the era of big data,the way of learning will change fundamentally.This paper,based on the background of lifelong learning in the era of big data,clarifies the theoretical research hotspots and cognitive misconceptions of the lifelong digital learning system,and analyzes the research hotspots of the lifelong digital learning system by using the Cite Space V software.It expounds on the dilemmas faced by the construction of the provincial lifelong digital learning system,such as inaccurate positioning of digital learning participants,a large digital learning gap between urban and rural residents,insufficient quality of big data learning service platforms and resources,and the lack of digital skills standards and certification system.It proposes forming a consensus on building a lifelong digital learning system for the whole population,clarifying the basic framework of the provincial lifelong digital learning system,and constructing a lifelong digital learning system.
