摘要
新乡贤参治与乡村社区教育的融合对于推进乡村有效治理具有重要意义.当前新乡贤参与乡村治理面临角色定位不明确、关系处理不够协调、作用发挥空间受限、工作开展缺乏支持、乡贤传承缺少延续等现实困境.基于场域理论,从主体认知偏差、资本单一匮乏、惯习不合拍、行动策略内耗等深入分析原因,通过激发正向动机、增厚治理资本、调整强化惯习、协同行动策略等路径,实现乡村社区教育赋能新乡贤,为推动新乡贤服务乡村治理提供新的视角和思路.
Abstract
The integration of new rural elites and rural community education is of great significance for promoting effective rural governance.At present,the rural elites'participation in rural governance is faced with such realistic difficulties as unclear role positioning,inadequate coordination of relationship handling,limited space for role play,lack of support for work development,and lack of continuation of the inheritance of villager.Based on the field theory,this paper deeply analyzes the causes from subjects'cognitive deviation,single lack of capital,out-of-tune habitus and internal friction of action strategies.By stimulating positive motivation,thickening governance capital,adjusting and strengthening habitus,and coordinating action strategies,this paper aims to achieve empowering rural elites through education in rural communities,and provide new perspectives and ideas for promoting new rural elites to serve rural governance.
