摘要
文章以国内2006-2022年期间本土中文教师相关文献为对象,从研究基本情况、素质研究、培养培训研究、职业发展研究、研究特点等角度进行回顾梳理.研究结果显示:17年来,国别化研究渐成规模;关于本土中文教师的素质、培养、培训等方面的研究较为成熟稳定;研究方法逐渐从非材料性研究向材料性研究转变,重视定量定性结合.未来研究应该加强以下方面:深入国别与区域研究;拓宽研究对象;拓展研究方法;坚持标准引领;强化职业发展研究;借鉴其他语言经验.
Abstract
Based on the literature on native Chinese language teachers during 2006-2022,this paper re-views the basic situation,quality,training,career development and characteristics of the research.The results show that:in the past 17 years,the country research has gradually become a scale;researches on the quality,cultivation and training of native Chinese language teachers are mature and stable;research methods have gradually changed from non-material research to material research,with emphasis on the combination of qualitative and quantitative research.Future research should be strengthened in the follow-ing aspects:further exploration of localization and regional studies;broadening the scope of research ob-jects;expanding research theories and methods;maintaining standards and guidelines;strengthening re-search on professional development;and drawing insights from experiences in other languages.
