本土化视角下尼日利亚中文本科专业考察
A Study on B.A.Chinese Program in Nigeria from the Perspective of Localization

摘要
尼日利亚是非洲人口、经济总量第一大国,其中文教育在非洲地区具有典型性及示范性.但政局动荡、经费短缺、本土教师队伍薄弱、学科设置学术性与实用性失衡等问题制约着中文专业的发展.本文从本土化角度,着眼于中文本科项目在尼日利亚高等教育体系中的可行性、必要性与办学成效,通过考察尼日利亚两所高校中文专业的政策背景、发展历史、组织架构、师资队伍建设、培养目标、课程设置、专业质量评估等方面,全面描述尼日利亚中文专业的发展全貌,剖析其专业培养目标和课程设置的合理性,以及造成本土化发展困境的根源,旨在为中文教育本土化提出可行性建议.
Abstract
Nigeria is the largest country in terms of population and economic size in Africa,and its Chi-nese language education is typical and exemplary in the continent.However,issues such as political in-stability,lack of funding,weak local teacher workforce,and imbalance between academic and practical tendency hinder the development of Chinese B.A.programs.From the perspective of localization,this pa-per focuses on the feasibility,necessity and effectiveness of the Chinese B.A.program in Nigeria's higher education system.By investigating the policy background,history of development,organizational struc-ture,faculty construction,training objectives,curriculum,accreditation of the Chinese B.A.programs in two Nigerian universities,this paper comprehensively describes the development of the Chinese B.A.program in Nigeria,and analyze rationality between the aim and the curriculum,aiming to find feasible suggestions for the localization of overseas Chinese education.
