《全美中小学中文学习目标》与《国际中文教育中文水平等级标准》的对照与对接研究

摘要
美国外语教师协会(ACTFL)根据中文特点制定的《全美中小学中文学习目标》与中国国家语委发布的《国际中文教育中文水平等级标准》都是国家层面的中文教学纲领,两者之间的对接对美国本土中小学中文教育发展大有裨益.本文试图从教育理念和目标体系两个角度对两份文件进行对比,并将《中文学习目标》"5C"目标及其相应的11项标准的教学框架与《等级标准》"3+5的新框架"进行对照,并结合美国本土中小学中文教育的实践提出相应的对接建议.
Abstract
Standards for Chinese Language Learning(《全美中小学中文学习目标》)developed by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages(ACTFL)based on the characteristics of Chi-nese language,and Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education(《国际中文教育中文水平等级标准》)issued by the State Work Commission of China are both national level Chinese teaching guidelines,and their integration greatly benefits the development of Chinese edu-cation in the United States.This article compares the two documents from the perspectives of educational philosophy and objective system.The article combines the"5C"objectives and 11 standards teaching framework of the Standards for Chinese Language Learning(《全美中小学中文学习目标》)and the"3+5 new framework"of Grading Standards(《等级标准》).Based on the practice of Chinese education in primary and secondary schools in the United States,corresponding docking suggestions are proposed.
