《新西兰教学大纲》指导下新西兰外语教学资源现状与展望

摘要
在《新西兰教学大纲》(New Zealand Curriculum,以下称"大纲")的指导下,新西兰外语教学资源建设初见成效.本文全面梳理了新西兰外语教学资源建设情况,考察了教材、教辅类文字材料和在线学习工具与网站等直接应用于课堂的教学资源以及语言政策、教学指导原则、人力资源投入等支撑性资源,并对外语教学资源面临的机遇和挑战进行深入分析.为应对政策性干预乏力,语言学习系统性与规范性不足,资源质量参差不齐,多点分散发展不协调等现实挑战,本文提出以下三点应对策略:争取决策层的支持,提高外语在教学中的地位;开展专项调研,整合现有资源,借助人工智能工具,建设完善教学资源体系;拥抱主流文化,毛利文化内涵融入外语教学.
Abstract
Under the guidance of the New Zealand Curriculum,the construction of foreign language teaching resources in New Zealand has seen initial success.This paper comprehensively reviews the cur-rent state of New Zealand's foreign language teaching resources,examining directly classroom-applicable resources such as textbooks,supplementary written materials,online learning tools,and websites,as well as supporting resources like language policies,teaching guidelines,and human resource investments.It also provides an in-depth analysis of the opportunities and challenges faced by foreign language teaching resources.In response to challenges such as weak policy intervention,lack of systematic and standardized language learning,uneven resource quality,and uncoordinated decentralized development,this paper proposes the following three strategies:securing support from decision-makers to elevate the status of for-eign languages in education;conducting special research to integrate existing resources and utilizing arti-ficial intelligence tools to build a comprehensive teaching resource system;and embracing mainstream culture while integrating Māori cultural elements into foreign language teaching.
