研制高浓度六价铬溶液标准物质.以重铬酸钾纯度标准物质为原料,以1%硝酸溶液为溶剂,采用重量-容量法制备质量浓度为100 μg/mL的水中六价铬溶液标准物质,利用紫外可见分光光度计直接测定水中高浓度六价铬的方法对标准物质进行均匀性、稳定性检验及量值核验.F-检验和回归曲线结果表明,研制的标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性;比对验证结果表明,其准确度与国家二级标准物质一致.该标准物质可为环境检测等领域六价铬检测数据的准确、可靠和互认提供保障.
Preparation of reference material for high concentration hexavalent chromium solution
Development of high concentration hexavalent chromium solution reference material.Potassium dichromate purity reference material was used as raw material,and 1%nitric acid as solvent,the reference material of hexavalent chromium solution in water with the mass concentration of 100 μg/mL was prepared by weight-volume method.The prepared reference material was directly determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry without dilution,and the uniformity,stability and quantity verification were carried out.The F-test and regression curve results show that the developed reference material had good uniformity and stability,and the comparative verification results show that its accuracy was consistent with the national secondary standard substance.The reference material can provide assurance for the accuracy,reliability,and mutual recognition of hexavalent chromium detection data in fields such as environmental test.
