Determination of zirconium in zirconium-nickel alloy powder by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy
A method for determining zirconium in zirconium-nickel alloy powder by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy was established.Zirconium-nickel alloy powder was dissolved in nitric-hydrofluoric acid,339.198 nm was used as the analytical spectral line of zirconium element, and the interference of nickel matrix was eliminated by matrix matching method. The mass fractions of zirconium had a good linear relationship with spectral emission intensity in the range of 0.1%-40%,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7,the detection limit of the method was 0.005 4%,and the quantification limit was 0.018%.The established method was used to measure simulated sample of zirconium-nickel alloy and zirconium-nickel alloy powder, the relative standard deviation of the measurement results was 0.208%-0.408%(n=11),and the recovery of sample standard addition was 98.9%-102.5%.This method can quickly and accurately determine the zirconium content in zirconium-nickel alloy powder.
