Determination of 12 phenolic endocrine disrupting chemicals in surface water by solid-phase extraction/high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry
A method of determination of 12 phenolic endocrine disruptors in surface water by solid-phase extraction/high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was established.Under acidic conditions, the samples were subjected to solid-phase extraction enrichment, purification, elution, and nitrogen blowing concentration, and then determined by high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.Segmented quantification was performed using bisphenol A-d16,3,6,3-nonylphenol-13C6,and 4-n-nonylphenol-d8 as internal standards. The mass concentrations of 12 phenolic endocrine disruptors had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak aread in the range of 1.0-100 μg/L,and the correlation coefficients were not less than 0.995.When the injection volume was 10 μL,the detection limits of 12 phenolic endocrine disruptors were 2-5 ng/L,and the lower limits of determination were 8-20 ng/L.The average recoveries of the spiked samples were 93%-126%,and the relative standard deviations of the measurement results were 0.9%-3.8%(n=6).This method is simple, sensitive, which is suitable for the determination of three bisphenol compounds and nine alkylphenol compounds in surface water environments.
