Evaluation of uncertainty for determination of 3-amino-2-oxazolone in freshwater perch by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry
Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine the metabolite 3-amino-2-oxazolone(AOZ)of furazolidone in freshwater perch, and the uncertainty of the determination results was evaluated, and the key factors affecting the accuracy of the detection results were analyzed to improve the accuracy of the detection results.According to GB 31656.13-2021"National food safety standard—Determination of nitrofuran metabolites residues in aquatic products by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method",the AOZ in freshwater perch was determined.Established a mathematical model to analyze and evaluate the sources of uncertainty that affected the measurement results, such as purity of the standard material, solution preparation, sample weighing, sample solution preparation, standard curve fitting, and measurement repeatability of sample. The determination results of AOZ in freshwater perch by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was(10.09±1.10)μg/kg,k=2.The purity of standard substances, solution preparation, standard curve fitting, and measurement repeatability of sample were the main sources of measurement uncertainty, which should be controlled during the detection process.
