摘要

综述了液相色谱(LC)和液相色谱-质谱(LC-MS)联用技术在表面活性剂分析中的应用.比较了不同色谱模式和检测器分析表面活性剂的原理及优缺点,介绍了LC-MS技术在表面活性剂的结构鉴定、商业产品分析、质量控制、环境检测、残留检测和代谢组学研究中的进展,总结了LC-MS技术存在的一些局限性和挑战.最后,对LC和LC-MS技术的发展趋势进行了展望,预计高分辨质谱(HRMS)技术、二维液相色谱(2D-LC)技术的进一步普及,以及新型色谱填料和固定相的开发,有望显著推动表面活性剂分析技术的发展.

Abstract

The applications of liquid chromatography(LC)and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)techniques in the analysis of surfactants were reviewed.The principles,advantages and disadvantages of various chromatographic modes and detectors for surfactants analysis were discussed,as well as the advancements of LC-MS technology in the structural identification,commercial product analysis,quality control,environmental monitoring,residue detection and metabolomics research of surfactants.And some limitations and challenges of LC-MS technology were summarised.Finally,the development trends of LC and LC-MS technologies were anticipated,and it is expected that the further popularization of high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS)technology,and two-dimensional liquid chromatography(2D-LC)technology,as well as the development of new chromatographic fillers and stationary phases,will significantly promote the development of surfactant analysis technology.
