间苯二甲酸/羟乙基化双酚A酯化动力学

以间苯二甲酸(IPA)、羟乙基化双酚 A(BPA-EO)为原料,在熔融状态进行缩聚制备聚酯树脂,根据质量浓度概念分别建立一级和二级反应动力学方程,并通过反应出水量计算质量浓度进行曲线拟合.结果表明:一级和二级反应拟合曲线的线性相关性均大于 0.99,曲线拟合良好.对一级和二级反应动力学方程进行模型验证,发现一级反应动力学方程能更好地拟合动力学实验数据,表明IPA与BPA-EO的反应为一级反应,反应活化能为12.27 kJ/mol,指前因子为0.083 1 min-1.
Esterification Kinetics of Isophthalic Acid/Polyhydroxyethyl Bisphenol A
Polyester resin was prepared by polycondensation of isophthalic acid(IPA)and hydroxyethylated bisphenol A(BPA-EO)under molten state.According to the concept of concentration based on the mass of the solution,the first order and second order kinetic equations were established respectively,and the concentration of hydroxyl group was calculated by the water separated from the reaction mixture for curve fitting.The results showed that the square of the linear correlation coefficient for first and second order reaction models were both greater than 0.99.Through the residual evaluation,it was found that the first order kinetic equation could better fit the kinetic experimental data,indicating that the reaction of IPA with BPA-EO was a first order reaction.The reaction activation energy(Ea)was 12.27 kJ/mol,and the pre-exponential factor(k0)was 0.083 1 min-1.
