合成气洗涤塔流动性能数值模拟及结构优化

合成气洗涤是干煤粉气化工艺的重要单元操作,对气化炉的稳定运行至关重要.采用Fluent软件基于流体力学原理对合成气洗涤塔内部的流动情况开展仿真计算,分析速度场、压力场、组分分布等随工艺操作参数、设备结构的变化规律,进而对合成气洗涤塔内部结构和操作参数进行优化.模拟结果表明,合成气下冲速度过快会导致产生的鼓泡进入激冷水泵,对机泵正常运行产生影响.通过调整合成气洗涤塔内的液位高度或增设挡板,可以有效改善激冷水泵入口气体夹带现象.
The Flow Simulation and Optimization of Scrubbing Tower
Syngas scrubbing is a crucial unit operation in the dry coal powder gasification process and plays an essential role in ensuring the stable operation of the gasification furnace.Fluent software was used to simulate the flow situation inside the syngas scrubbing tower basing on the principles of fluid mechanics.This study analyzed the internal velocity field,pressure field,component distribution and other changes with the process operation parameters as well as equipment structure,and then optimized the internal structure and operation parameters of the syngas scrubbing tower.The simulation results indicated that excessive syngas downward velocity could cause bubble formation,which may enter the cooling water pump and affect its normal operation.The inlet gas phenomenon of the cooling pump could be significantly improved by adjusting the liquid level height of the scrubbing tower or adding baffles.
