摘要

反应器内多相流涉及复杂的流动、混合和传质过程,是化学工程领域的重要研究对象.粒子图像测速技术(PIV)是近年来新兴的多相流流场测量和可视化的实验技术,具有瞬态、多点和非侵入测量等显著优势,已被研究者广泛用于多相流流场检测.本文从多相多尺度的角度总结了PIV技术应用的最新进展,阐述了液-液相混合、固-液相混合、气-固相流动和气-液相流动中存在的技术问题及对应的解决方案,有望为多相系统中PIV技术的应用提供参考.

Abstract

Multiphase flow in reactor involves complex flow,mixing and mass transfer processes,and it is an important research object in chemical engineering.Particle image velocimetry(PIV)is a new experimental technique for multiphase flow field measurement and visualization in recent years.It has been widely used in multiphase flow field detection because of its significant advantages such as transient,multi-point and non-invasive measurement.This paper summarizes the latest progress in the application of PIV technology from the perspective of multi-phase and multi-scale,and extracts the technical problems and corresponding solutions in liquid-liquid mixing,solid-liquid mixing,gas-solid flow and gas-liquid flow,which is expected to provide reference for the potential application of PIV technology in multi-phase systems.
