单线态氧(Singlet oxygen,1O2)是活性氧(Reactive oxygen species,ROS)的1种,由基态氧激发而来,具有良好的氧化活性.与其他ROS相比,1O2的选择性较好,活性更高,因此具有更大的研究价值.自被发现以来,人们逐渐意识到其在有机合成方面的重要作用.1O2的研究推动了有机化学、生物化学、医学、环境化学及食品化学等领域的科学发展浪潮.本论文回顾了 1O2的基本性质,综述了关于1O2的包括光敏化法及化学法等制备方法,以及与有机物反应的关键科学研究,并进一步评估了其对有机合成的应用价值,发现其为具有较高工业价值的醇、环氧化合物及羰基化合物等提供了多种合成反应途径,是将氧负载于有机物的有效活性组分.希望对于相关领域的研究工作者有所启发,以促进有机合成领域的发展.
Singlet oxygen(1O2)is one of reactive oxygen species(ROS),which is excited by molecular triplet oxygen and has good oxidation activity.Compared with other ROS,1O2 has better selectivity and higher activity,so it has greater research value.Since its discovery,people have gradually realized its important role in organic synthesis.1O2 research has promoted the wave of scientific development in the fields of organic chemistry,biochemistry,medicine,environmental chemistry,and food chemistry.This article reviewed the basic properties of 1O2,reviewed the preparation methods of 1O2 including photosen-sitization and chemical methods,as well as key scientific research on the reaction with organic sub-stances,and further evaluated its application value to organic synthesis.High industrial value alcohols,epoxy compounds and carbonyl compounds provide a variety of synthetic reaction pathways,and are effec-tive active components for loading oxygen on organic matter.We hope this article will inspire researchers in related fields to promote the development of the field of organic synthesis.
