Evolution Path and Prospect of Foreign Socioscientific Issues Teaching Research
Socioscientific issues(SSI)teaching is a prominent concern in the implementation of"literature-based"chemistry education reform.By examining relevant literature from Scopus and WOS core databases,along with utilizing CiteSpace keyword analysis results,this paper pro-vides a comprehensive review of the developmental trajectory of SSI teaching research in foreign countries at different stages.It explores various aspects including curriculum themes,value ori-entations,evaluation methods,and teaching concepts.Furthermore,it offers predictions regard-ing the future prospects of SSI teaching research in China while also proposing suggestions for ex-ploring teaching practices that align with our national conditions.
