In 2020,13 Tang tombs were excavated by Luoyang City Cultural Relics and Archaeology Research Institute in Luoyang's Luolong District.Tomb C7M6918 was relatively well-preserved,and contained over 30 funeral objects dating back to the heyday of the Tang Dynasty,including pottery figurines,tri-coloured vessels and shells.The excavation of the tomb has yielded new material evidence for the discussion on sepulchral customs of Luoyang in the heyday of the Tang Dynasty.
