HS-SPME/GC-MS法分析5个不同品种芍药花挥发性成分

以顶空-固相微萃取( HS-SPME)法为捕获富集手段,采用气-质联用( GC-MS)技术对芍药花挥发性成分进行分析。从东方红、莲花托金、粉黛、冰清和粉玉装5个品种新鲜芍药花挥发性成分中分离鉴定出15种成分。不同芍药花挥发性成分组成特点各异,其中,东方红和莲花托金的主要成分均为香叶醇,分别占各自所有成分的37.19%和84.60%;粉黛主要成分为香茅醇,占其所有成分的56.06%;冰清主要成分为对苯二甲醚,占其所有成分的61.26%;粉玉装主要成分为苯乙醇,占其所有成分的67.01%。
Analysis of volatile components in five different varietiesof peony flowers by HS-SPME/GC-MS
Using head space-solid phase microextraction( HS-SPME) method for trapping and concentration,the volatile components in 5differentvarieties of peony flowers(Paeonia lactiflora)were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)tech-nology. Total 15 components were isolated and identified from the volatile components in5 different varietiesof fresh peony flowers, Dongfanghong,Lianhuatuojin,Fendai,Bingqing and Fenyuzhuang. The volatile components in different poneyflowers exhibit different composition characteristics, thereinto, the main part in both Dongfanghong and Lianhuatuojin is geraniol, which accounts for 37. 19%and 84. 60%of all their own components respectively;the main part in Fendai is citronellol which accounts for 56. 06%of all components;the main part in Bingqing is dimethoxybenzene which accounts for 61. 26%of all components;and the main part in Fenyuzhuang is phenethyl alcohol which accounts for 67. 01%of all components.
