QuEChERS sample preparation system combined with high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry for the determination of seven nicotine insecticide residues in soil
The QuEChERS sample preparation system combined with high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC)was developed for the determination of 7 nicotinic insecticides chlorfenamide, thiamethoxam, imidacloprid, dinidamidine, enidacloprid, thiamethoxam in soil. The linear relationships of the 7 nicotinic insecticides were good in the range of 0.005~0.80μg·mL-1,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.995.The detection limits were 0.011、0.009、0.007、0.005、0.009、0.006、0.012 μg·kg-1,respectively.The average recoveries of the three levels were between 87.4%and 103.2%.This method has the advantages of good specificity, high detection accuracy and high sensitivity, and is suitable for the monitoring of trace nicotinoid insecticide residues in planting soil.
