Nitrogen doped blue fluorescent carbon dot probe for the determination of tigecycline
A simple, effective, and highly sensitive tigecycline(TIGE)fluorescence detection system based on N-CDs as fluorescent probes was constructed for the quantitative analysis of TIGE in injectable TIGE and human plasma samples.A nitrogen doped blue fluorescent carbon dots(N-CDs)were synthesized by melting method using citric acid monohydrate and L-glutathione as raw materi-als,and their structure and properties were characterized in detail.Using N-CDs as fluorescent probes, further investigate the inter-action and quenching mechanism between N-CDs and TIGE.And used for quantitative analysis of tigecycline for injection and TIGE in human plasma samples. When the TIGE concentration in the range of 0.1~25 μg·mL-1,there is a good linear relationship be-tween the fluorescence quenching efficiency((F0-F)/F0)and the concentration of TIGE(CTIGE)of the system. The linear fitting e-quation is y=0.01923 CTIGE+0.07893,R2=0.993.The detection limit of this method for detecting TIGE is 0.092 μg·mL-1 based on 3 σ/S(n=13).
