Determination and analysis of 11 mycotoxins contamination levels in cereals and its product
A method for simultaneous determination of 11 mycotoxins in cereals and its products by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established.Samples were sequentially extracted with 84%acetonitrile,then the ex-tracts were centrifuged, nitrogen blowing and redissolved. The target compounds were gradient eluted with 0.1%formic acid-metha-nol by gradient elution and chromatographically separated with reversed phase chromatography column. The mass spectrometer e-quipped with electrospray ionization ion source was operated in the multiple reaction monitoring mode for the accurate quantitative analysis in positive mode. The result revealed that 11 mycotoxins presented excellent linearity. The limits of detection were 0.1~2.0μg·kg-1,meanwhile the limits of quantification were 0.4~6.0 μg·kg-1.The mean recoveries of mycotoxins in three spiked con-centrations ranged from 94.5%to 111.7%and the relative standard deviation n were in the range of 0.85%~8.98%.The method was applied for the determination of the contamination levels of 11 mycotoxins in 790 batches of typical cereals and its products,in-cluding wheat, corn, rice and wheat flour.182 batches of cereals were detected have mycotoxins contamination with a detection rate of 29%,which was certain regional and seasonal.Zearalenone was detected in one batch of wheat flour sample, and the detection rate of mycotoxin was lower than that of wheat.
