摘要

蒲公英萜类化合物具有良好的抗肿瘤活性,但对其提取工艺研究报道较少.本论文开展酶解法对蒲公英萜类化合物提取工艺的研究,以萜类化合物含量为评价指标,通过单因素试验考察和Box-Behnken响应面试验优化提取工艺条件.结果表明在酶解pH为5.03,乙醇浓度为73.79%,超声时间为65.13 min时,蒲公英萜类化合物的含量可达4.71%.论文所优化的蒲公英萜类化合物提取工艺稳定可靠,可为其生物活性研究和资源开发等提供参考.

Abstract

Terpenoids in Taraxaci herba have good anti-tumor activity,but there are few reports on its extraction process research.This paper conducts a study on the extraction process of terpenoids from Taraxaci herba using enzymatic hydrolysis,the content of terpenoids was used as an evaluation index.The extraction process conditions were optimized through single factor experiments and Box Behnken response surface methodology.The results showed that when the enzymatic hydrolysis pH was 5.03,the ethanol con-centration was 73.79%,and the ultrasound time was 65.13 minutes,the content of terpenoids in dandelion could reach 4.71%.The optimized extraction process of terpenoids from Taraxaci herba in this paper is stable and reliable,which can provide reference for its biological activity research and resource development.
