Accelerated solvent extraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry determination of five trace fungicides in crop soil
An accelerated solvent extraction instrument combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of trace residues of five kinds of fungicides in crop soil. The soil samples were extracted with acetone:dichloromethane(1∶2)as the extraction solvent on an accelerated solvent extractor. The extraction solution was blown to nearly dry in a water bath of nitrogen at 50℃,and the extraction solution was adjusted to 1mL with acetone.Bifenoconazole,myclobutanil,diniconazole,azox-ystrobin and tricyclazole showed good linear relationships in the concentration ranges of 0.01~0.5μg·mL-1,with correlation coef-ficientsall greater than 0.995.Average recoveries were 86.1%~108.2%;Relative standard deviation(RSD)of repeatability(n=6)were below 5%(n=6).The method has high automation degree and good accuracy, which can provide a new test method for..monitoring of pesticide residues in soil samples.
