为了更全面了解我国药用植物高原唐松草(Thalictrum cultratum Wall。)的化学成分,首次研究了其非生物碱类成分。利用色谱分离技术从中分离得到了 10个化合物,根据核磁共振波谱数据,其结构分别鉴定为催吐萝芙木醇(1)、blumenol C glucoside(2)、酪醇(3)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基-苯乙醇(4)、β-D-果糖(5)、甲基-α-D-呋喃果糖苷(6)、乙基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(7)、1-O-β-D-吡喃果糖-α-D-吡喃阿洛糖苷(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)和sitost-5-en-3β-ol acetate(10)。所有化合物均首次从该植物中分离。
Study on the non-alkaloidal constituents of Thalictrum cultratum Wall
To fully understand the chemical constituents of Thalictrum cultratum Wall.,a medicinal plant in China,the non-alka-loidal constituents of T.cultratum were studied for the first time.By using chromatographic separation techniques,ten compounds were isolated.Based on NMR spectral data,their structures were identified as vomifoliol(1),blumenol C glucoside(2),tyrosol(3),homovanillyl alcohol(4),β-D-fructose(5),methyl-α-D-fructofuranosides(6),ethyl-β-D-frucopyranoside(7),1-O-β-D-fructofurano-syl-α-D-allopyranos(8),β-sitosterol(9)and sitost-5-en-3β-ol acetate(10).All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
