Comparative study on HPLC fingerprint of common powder and ultrafine powder of Syringa pinnatifolia
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC fingerprint and compare the differences between common powder and ultrafine powder of Syringa pinnatifolia Hemsl.METHODS The analysis was carried out on a DiKMA-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) column with gradient elution of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid, the flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1.The wavelength was 281 nm.The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the injection volume was 20 μL.RESULTS Through the analysis of l0 batches of S.pinnatifolia.29 mutual peaks were indicate, and the similarity of 10 batches of samples was greater than 0.90.Ultramicro comminution did not change number of main chemical composition, but it could greatly increase the content of main chemical composition.CONCLUSION The method of HPLC fingerprint is accurate, reliable and repeatable, which can be used for analyzing chemical constituents.Ultramicro comminution of S.pinnatifolia can obviously promote chemical dissolution.
