摘要
目的 建立鬼箭锦鸡儿中芒柄花素的薄层定性和总黄酮的含量检测方法.方法 采用TLC法定性鬼箭锦鸡儿中的芒柄花素,用紫外-可见分光光度法测定鬼箭锦鸡儿中总黄酮的含量,检测波长为339 nm.结果 鬼箭锦鸡儿中芒柄花素的分离度良好,回归方程为:Y=53.316X +0.0142(r2=0.9992),4.0~14.4 μg·mL-1芒柄花素与吸光度的线性关系良好.结论 所用方法可作为鬼箭锦鸡儿中芒柄花素的鉴别及总黄酮含量的测定.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To identify formononetin by TLC and to determine the total flavonoids by UV in Garagana jubata.METHODS A TLC method was used to identify formononetin in G.jubata.The content of the total flavonoids in G.jubata was detected by UV at 339 nm.RESULTS The spots of the TLC were clear.The linearity of formononetin was 4.0-14.4 μg· mL-1.Y =53.316X + 0.0142 (r2 =0.9992).CONCLUSION The TLC and UV method could be used to identify formononetin and to detect the total flavonoids in G.jubata,respectively.
