摘要
目的 制备与铜离子配位结合的自组装多肽抗菌眼用水凝胶.方法 (RADA)4自组装多肽与CuCl2水溶液迅速混合均匀,形成稳定的(RADA)4@Cu2+水凝胶.对水凝胶进行SEM、EDS、FTIR及UV-Vi光度性能的表征.探究水凝胶对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌能力及对人角膜上皮细胞的细胞相容性.结果 (RADA)4@Cu2+水凝胶具有良好的抗菌性和生物相容性.结论 为更深层次的眼用凝胶应用研究打下了基础.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To prepare a self-assembled peptide antimicrobial ophthalmic hydrogel ligated to copper ions.METHODS(RADA)4 self-assembled peptide was rapidly mixed with CuCl2 aqueous solution to form a stable(RADA)4@Cu2+hydrogel.The hydrogels were characterised by SEM,EDS,FTIR and UV-Vi photometric properties.The antibacterial properties of hydrogel were investigated against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,as well as the biocompatibility of the hydrogel with human corneal epithelial cells.RESULTS(RADA)4@Cu2+hydrogel had good antibacterial properties and biocompatibility.CONCLUSION It lays the foundation for the application study of ophthalmic gels.
