摘要
近年来,枸杞中类胡萝卜素类成分因其具有较好的抗氧化及对眼睛和肝脏的保护作用而受到关注.现综述了枸杞中类胡萝卜素类成分的提取方法、结构分类和药理作用.
Abstract
In recent years,carotenoids in Lycium barbarum L.have attracted people's attention because of their good antioxidant and protective effects on eyes and liver.In this paper,the extraction methods,structural classification and pharmacological effects of carotenoids in L.barbarum were briefly reviewed.
