摘要
利用CNKI、PubMed、万方等数据库,对半夏Pinelliae Rhizoma的化学成分及药理作用进行整理,发现左旋麻黄碱、葫芦巴碱、腺苷、胸苷、尿苷、鸟苷、β-谷甾醇、亚油酸、棕榈酸、琥珀酸、苹果酸、天冬氨酸等成分可作为其主要质量标志物,可为半夏的质量控制研究提供基础.
Abstract
In this paper,CNKI,PubMed,Wanfang and other databases were used to sort out the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Pinelliae Rhizoma,and on this basis,the quality markers of Pinelliae Rhizoma were predicted and analyzed.The results showed that levoephedrine,trigonelline,adenosine,thymidine,uridine,guanoside,β-sitosterol,linoleic acid,palmitic acid,succinic acid,malic acid and aspartic acid could be used as the main quality markers of Pinelliae Rhizoma,in order to provide the basis for quality control research.
