目的 研究篦齿虎耳草Saxifraga umbellulata var.pectinata的化学成分.方法 利用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、C18反相柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱分离纯化篦齿虎耳草的干燥全草,采用核磁共振技术并结合理化性质鉴定其化学结构.结果 从篦齿虎耳草95%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:(6R,7E,9R)9-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-3-one-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅰ)、3β,5β,6α-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ)、betulabuside A(Ⅲ)、葫芦素 F(Ⅳ)、雪胆乙素苷(Ⅴ)、没食子酸(Ⅵ)、山奈苷(Ⅶ)、山奈酚3-O-α-L-(3-O-乙酰基)-鼠李吡喃糖基-7-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖苷(Ⅷ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ).结论 化合物 Ⅰ~Ⅴ为首次从虎耳草属植物中发现.
Study on the chemical constituents of Saxifraga umbellulata var.pectinate
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the whole plants of Saxifraga umbellulata var.pectinate.METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,polyamide,C18 reversed phase and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies,and their structures were identified by NMR spectra and physical-chemical constants.RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated from the 95%ethanol extract of S.umbellulata var.pectinate and identified as(6R,7E,9R)-9-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-3-one-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅰ),3β,5β,6α-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ),betulabuside A(Ⅲ),cucurbitacin F(Ⅳ),hemsamabilinin B(Ⅴ),gallic acid(Ⅵ),kaempferitrin(Ⅶ),kaempferol 3-O-α-L-(3-O-acetyl)-rhamnopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅷ),and β-carotene(Ⅸ).CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅴ have been isolated from genus Saxifraga for the first time.
