石墨炉原子吸收法测定枸橼酸铁铵中的铬元素

目的 采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定枸橼酸铁铵中的铬(Cr)元素.方法 采用硝酸消解,灰化温度1500℃,原子化温度2300 ℃.结果 测定Cr的检出限为0.26 ng·mL-1,r为0.9990,RSD=1.85%;平均回收率为96.92%(RSD=2.77l%,n=9).结论 所用方法灵敏度高、选择性好,可用于枸橼酸铁铵中Cr的测定.
Determination of chromium in Ferric ammonium citrate by Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry
OBJECTIVE To detect chromium in Ferric ammonium citrate by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric method.METHODS Nitric acid was selected as the digestive acid.The ashing temperature was 1500 ℃,and the atomization temperature was 2300 ℃.RESULTS The method exhibited a detection limit of 0.26 ng·mL-1 with r of 0.9990.RSD of precision test was 1.85%.The average recovery was 96.92%,RSD of recovery was 2.77%(n=9).CONCLUSION The method is accurate with high sensitivity and specificity,and suitable for the determination of chromium in Ferric ammonium citrate.
