摘要
目的 采用HPLC测定两面针中药牙膏中毛两面针素的含量.方法 采用Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为0.1％甲酸-乙腈,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温35℃,检测波长328 nm,进样量1 μL.结果 0.5180～8.2880μg·mL-1毛两面针素与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为101.04％.结论 所用方法分析时间短、精密度高、重复性好,回收率稳定可靠,可用于测定两面针中药牙膏中毛两面针素的含量.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To detect toddalolactone in Zanthoxylum nitidum Chinese medicinal toothpaste by HPLC.METHODS Zorbax SB-C18(250 mm x4.6 mm,5 pm)was used for sample analysis.0.1％formic acid aqueous solution-acetonitrile was used as mobile phases for gradient elution,with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The temperature of the column was 35 ℃ and the wavelength was 328 nm.RESULTS The standard working curve of toddalolactone had good linear relationship in concentration of 0.5180-8.2880 μg·mL-1,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9997.The average recovery rate was 101.04％.CONCLUSION The method has the advantages of short analytical time,high precision and good repeatability,which can be used to determine the content of nitidine in Zanthoxylum nitidum Chinese medicinal toothpaste.
