青藤碱药理作用及临床应用的研究进展

摘要
青藤碱具有抗炎、免疫抑制、抗肿瘤、镇痛等多种药理作用,但存在生物利用度低、药效持续时间短、用药剂量大等局限性.现综述青藤碱的药理作用、临床应用及新剂型的研究,为其研究提供参考.
Abstract
Sinomenine has anti-inflammatory,immune suppression,anti-tumor,analgesic and other pharmacological effects.Howere but there are some limitations such as low bioavailability,short duration of efficacy and large dosage.In this manuscript,the pharmacological action,clinical application and new dosage forms of sinomenine were summarized in order to provide reference for clinical application and further research of sinomenine.
