马钱子碱抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

摘要
马钱子碱具有抗炎镇痛、调节神经系统、抗心律失常、抗血栓、促进成骨等作用.将马钱子碱用于治疗乳腺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌等疾病的研究日益增多.现综述近年来有关马钱子碱抗肿瘤作用的研究进展.
Abstract
Brucine is one of the main components derived from the dried mature seeds of Strychnos nux-vomica L.and S.Prerriana A.W.Hill.Brucine has been proved possessing many effects,such as anti-inflammatory and analgesic,regulating the nervous system,anti-arrhythmia,antithrombotic,promoting osteogenesis.It has been used in the treatment of diseases including osteoarthritis,paralysis,scabies and so on.The anti-tumor effect of brucine in diseases such as breast cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer and other diseases has become increasingly active.The recent research progress on the antitumor effect of brucine is reviewed.
