利多卡因联用硫化氢供体分子的镇痛作用研究

摘要
目的 研究气体信号分子硫化氢对利多卡因镇痛作用的影响.方法 以硫氢化钠作为硫化氢供体分子,与利多卡因联用,通过对小鼠的多类型疼痛行为学、足肿胀度、HE染色等进行系统评估,探究硫化氢对利多卡因镇痛作用的影响.结果 与利多卡因组比较,利多卡因联用高、中剂量的硫氢化钠(30、15 μmol·kg-1)对各小鼠疼痛模型均有显著镇痛作用,同时,能显著减轻炎症小鼠后爪的肿胀度和炎症细胞浸润.结论 联用硫化氢有助于增强利多卡因的镇痛和抗炎作用.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of gas signaling molecule H2S on the analgesic effects of Lidocaine.METHODS Sodium hydrosulfide served as the donor molecule of H2S in conjunction with Lidocaine.The impact of H2S on the analgesic properties of Lidocaine was assessed through a systematic evaluation of various pain-related behaviors,foot swelling degree,and HE staining in mice.RESULTS Compared to the Lidocaine group,the Lidocaine combined with high and medium doses of sodium hydrosulfide(30 μmol·kg-1 and 15 μmol·kg-1)groups demonstrated significant analgesic effects on pain models in mice.Simultaneously,it significantly reduced the degree of swelling and inflammatory cell infiltration of hind paws in mice with inflammation.CONCLUSION The combination of hydrogen sulfide effectively enhances the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Lidocaine.
