十味乳香胶囊对类风湿性关节炎大鼠的治疗作用

摘要
目的 探讨藏药十味乳香胶囊对类风湿性关节炎(RA)大鼠的治疗作用.方法 建立胶原诱导的RA大鼠病证结合模型并给予相应药物,观察大鼠的一般状态,测量体重、足跖厚度和踝关节肿胀度.给药28 d后,处死大鼠并收集血液、关节、胸腺和脾组织,用于生化和病理检测.结果 十味乳香胶囊可抑制血清和滑膜组织中白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α的含量,降低CD4+/CD8+T细胞的比例,改善RA大鼠的关节炎症状.结论 十味乳香胶囊对RA大鼠具有较好的治疗效果.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the therapeutic effect of the Tibetan medicine Shiwei Ruxiang capsules on rheumatoid arthritis(RA)rats.METHODS A combination model of collagen-induced RA rats with cold-damp stimulation was established and the rats were given corresponding treatment.The general state of rats was observed daily,and body weight,foot-plantar thickness and ankle joint swelling were measured.28 days after administration,the mice were sacrificed and blood,joint,thymus and spleen tissues were collected for biochemical and pathological tests.RESULTS Shiwei Ruxiang capsules inhibited the levels of IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α in serum and synovial tissues,decreased the ratio of CD4+/CD8+T cells,and improved the arthritic symptoms of RA rats.CONCLUSION Shiwei Ruxiang capsules demonstrate good therapeutic effect on RA rats.
