CRITIC-逼近理想解排序法综合评价益智药材的质量

目的 采用CRITIC-逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法多指标综合评价益智药材的质量.方法 选取益智药材中的圆柚酮含量、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物、水分、灰分等质量评价指标,以CRITIC法获得权重系数,采用TOPSIS法进行分析,构建益智的综合质量评价模型.结果26批样品综合质量评价指标的相对接近度最大值为0.7359,最小值为0.4152;来自道地产区海南省琼中县乌石镇的S7、S9样品的排序靠前.结论 不同产地益智药材的质量存在差异,综合评价指标显示采集于海南省的样品质量较好.CRITIC-TOPSIS法结合多指标成分的综合分析适用于益智药材的质量评价.
Quality evaluation of Alpinia oxyphylla based on CRITIC-TOPSIS method
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.based on CRITIC-TOPSIS.METHODS The contents of five quality evaluation indexes,including nootkatone,water-soluble extract,alcohol-soluble extract,moisture and ash were selected.The weight coefficients were analyzed by CRITIC and TOPSIS method.The comprehensive quality evaluation model of A.oxyphylla was established.RESULTS The maximum relative closeness of the comprehensive quality evaluation index of 26 batches of samples was 0.7359,and the minimum was 0.4152.The S7 and S9 samples from Wushi Town,Qiongzhong County,and Hainan Province,ranked first.CONCLUSION Notable differences are observed in the quality of A.oxyphylla.The comprehensive evaluation index indicates that the quality of samples collected in Hainan Province is relatively high.CRITIC-TOPSIS method combined with comprehensive analysis of multi-index components,is suitable for quality evaluation of A.oxyphylla.
