GC-MS法分析苏格木勒-10的挥发油及脂肪油成分

目的 分析蒙药苏格木勒-10的挥发油和脂肪油成分.方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取苏格木勒-10的挥发油和脂肪油,通过气质谱联用技术分析鉴定其化学成分.结果 苏格木勒-10挥发油和脂肪油的得率分别为2.50%、6.87%;挥发油和脂肪油中分别鉴定出相对含量大于0.03%的成分43、45种,并用面积归一化法测定其相对含量.结论 苏格木勒-10的挥发油成分多为倍半萜类、甾体及脂肪族化合物,且多为15个碳以下的小分子化合物,以倍半萜为主;脂肪油中多为脂肪酸衍生物、生物碱类、倍半萜,其中,脂肪酸衍生物以亚油酸甲酯、棕榈酸甲酯为主.
Component analysis of volatile oils and fatty oils from Sugemule-10 by GC-MS
OBJECTIVE To analyze the essential oil and fatty oil components in Sugemule-10.METHODS The volatile and fat oils of Sugemule-10 were extracted by Steam distillation method,and their chemical constituents were analyzed by Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.RESULTS The yield of essential oil and fatty oil of Sugemule-10 were 2.50%and 6.87%,respectively.43 and 45 components with relative content more than 0.03%were identified,and the relative content was determined by area normalization method.CONCLUSION The volatile oil of Sugemule-10 mainly consists of sesquiterpenoids,steroids and aliphatic compounds,and most of them are small molecule compounds with less than 15 carbon.Sesquiterpenoids are the main ones.Fatty oils mainly consist of fatty acid derivatives,alkaloids and sesquiterpenes,among which fatty acid derivatives mainly include methyl linoleate and methyl palmitate.
