摘要
动物模型的确立是研究糖尿病认知功能障碍(DCD)产生与发展的重要依据,更有助于对DCD的预防、诊断和治疗.现主要对DCD动物模型的实验动物类型、造模的方式、检验指标等进行综述,以期为建立一个更经济、更高成模率、更符合病理机理的DCD动物模型提供借鉴.
Abstract
The establishment of animal models is an important basis for the investigation of the genesis and development of diabetic cognitive dysfunction(DCD),and is critical for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of DCD.This paper reviews the types of experimental animals,modeling methods and testing indices of DCD animal models,in order to provide reference for the establishment of more economical,higher modeling rate and more aligned with the pathological mechanism of DCD animal models.
