摘要
经皮给药可避免口服给药后胃肠道消化作用和肝脏首过效应的影响,近年来逐渐成为研究的热点.现总结了经皮给药系统在治疗类风湿性关节炎方面的应用,为后续的开发及临床应用提供参考.
Abstract
Transdermal drug delivery has become a research focus in recent years because it can avoid the effects of gastrointestinal digestion and liver first-pass effect after oral drug administration.This article summarized the application of transdermal drug delivery systems in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,in order to provide reference for the subsequent development and expansion of clinical application.
